Pruuno for Claude

Connect your Pruuno account to Claude and other AI assistants

What it is

Pruuno is a marketing and customer service platform for WhatsApp and Instagram. The Pruuno connector lets Claude (claude.ai, Claude Desktop, the mobile app and Claude Code) and other MCP-compatible assistants work in your account: look up and organize contacts, tasks, automations, scheduling and reports, always within what you authorize.

What the assistant can do

The assistant does not delete anything, does not send WhatsApp or Instagram messages and has no access to channels, billing or account settings.

  • Contacts: list, search, view the full profile, create, edit name, email and phone, and add or remove tags.
  • Tags and segments: list tags, create a tag, list segments and estimate how many contacts each one reaches.
  • Tasks: list, view, summarize, create, edit, change status and comment.
  • Automations: list, view the flow and its metrics, validate, create new flows (always DISABLED), save a draft of an existing flow (the live version only changes when you publish it in the dashboard) and turn a flow on, in two steps. Integration tokens and keys are never shown to the assistant.
  • Scheduling: view meeting types, free slots and booked meetings, and book or cancel a meeting, in two steps.
  • Reports: list them and view their structure (panels, metrics and data sources).
  • Documentation: search and read the official Pruuno documentation.

Requirements

  • A Pruuno account whose plan includes AI access.
  • The "AI access" permission in your role within the account.

Connect in claude.ai, Claude Desktop and mobile

  1. In Pruuno, open Settings > AI access and click "Connect to Claude". Or, in Claude, go to Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector.
  2. Use the address https://api.pruuno.com.br/mcp and, if Claude asks, choose "Sign in now" and "Register automatically".
  3. Claude opens the Pruuno page. Sign in, check the destination (claude.ai) and the account, select what the assistant can do, pick an expiration and click Authorize.
  4. Done. To test it, ask Claude: "who am I in Pruuno?".

Connect in Claude Code and other assistants

In Settings > AI access, create a token, select what the assistant can do and copy the command or configuration shown on screen. The token goes in the Authorization header (Bearer) and is shown only once.

Permissions and approval

  • The assistant can never do more than you: it gets the SMALLER of what you selected and what your role allows right now. If your role changes, the access changes with it.
  • Actions that affect other people (turning an automation on, booking or cancelling a meeting) happen in two steps: the assistant prepares, shows a summary and only runs it after you confirm.
  • With "Require approval in the dashboard" on (the default), those actions also wait for you to approve through a link in Pruuno.
  • Every new connection expires (30, 90, 180 or 365 days).

Security and privacy

  • Sign-in through OAuth 2.1 with PKCE: the assistant never sees your password.
  • Every call is logged (tool, date, IP and which records were read) for 180 days, and you can see the history in Settings > AI access.
  • You can disconnect anytime on the same screen. Access stops immediately.
  • Text written by people outside the account (contacts, leads) reaches the assistant marked as data, never as instructions.
